You tend to experience plantar fascia issues if you are a long-distance runner. The risk of getting it increases if your job demands huge activities and stands on your feet for a long time. Be it standing at your desk, rapidly increasing your physical activities, or walking a lot, you are more likely to develop this foot disorder.
