Xcaret may not have the same wow factor as visiting an ancient Mayan ruin but there is still much history left behind by these indigenous people. The park provides a great opportunity to learn more about them whilst having fun in the sun at the same time! Xcaret is a must visit if you find yourself vacationing in or around the Riviera Maya. It’s amazing how much there is to do and see within such a relatively small area. While the cost may be higher than the other parks in the area, it’s totally worth it for anyone interested in learning about the culture and history behind this magical place we call home.
